Quiz #2: Writing an Experiment

A good experiment will accurately and consistently test out a hypothesis. It should include all variables (independent, controlled, and dependent) within the procedures. You should be able to give the experiment to somebody else and they will get the exact same results. And it should have a sample size large enough to be consistent.

For Quiz #2, I will check the composition books and the steps to the scientific method. I will then give you a question which you must a) create the variables and b) design the procedure.

Check your Cornell Notes (pp37,39) and the practice problems (pp40-45).
